In South Sudan there are thousands of carpenters, translators, developers, farmers, tailors, welders, cooks, drivers, teachers, designers, masons, electricians and problem solvers. There are also people who need them. MabunCrib is where they find each other.
Our belief
Work is not just a way to earn. It is how people build a name for themselves, feed their families, and prove what they are worth.
We believe the person who does the work should be seen, judged by the quality of what they deliver, and never hidden behind an intermediary.
Finding the right person has always been harder than it should be.
South Sudan has no shortage of skills. What it has been missing is a single, credible place where those skills could be seen. A public marketplace where a carpenter in Juba can be discovered by a family in Wau, where a nonprofit in Bentiu can find a translator, where a company in Yei can post a longer-term role and receive serious applicants from across the country.
Before MabunCrib, finding the right person meant knowing someone who knew someone. Trust was personal. Work was local. Opportunity was uneven, and too often it depended on who you already happened to know.
MabunCrib changes that. It gives every South Sudanese professional a public identity — a profile, a portfolio, reviews, a track record — and gives every person or organization with a need a way to search, evaluate and connect directly.

People who need something done — a repair, a delivery, a design, a lesson, a piece of furniture, a translation, a document prepared. Post what you need, review the people who can do it, and hire with confidence.
For organizations
Companies, NGOs, cooperatives, agencies, schools and government bodies that need to find people and manage work at scale. Organizations get their own identity, team, roles, listings, recruitment pipeline and analytics — not a name glued onto a personal profile.
Six principles. None of them are negotiable.
Skills are the currency.
What you can do matters more than who you know, where you studied, or which organization you represent. A person's reviews, portfolio and completed-work history are the only trust signals that hold.
Trust must be earned publicly.
Verified identity, verified organizations, verified reviews. We do not present unverified claims as fact, and we do not sell badges. A verified mark on MabunCrib means a document was checked by a person, not an algorithm.
Work belongs to the people doing it.
MabunCrib connects. It does not insert itself between two people who have agreed to work together. We do not take a cut of anyone's work, and we never will.
Money stays between the parties.
We are not a bank, a wallet, or an escrow. Work terms and payment for work are arranged directly between the people involved, exactly the way they already happen. Our only payment surface is the platform membership that keeps MabunCrib running.
Everyone gets a real identity.
Individuals and organizations are distinct. An organization is not a name attached to a person. It has its own profile, its own team, its own roles, its own listings, its own record of work. The difference matters, and we keep it sharp.
South Sudan first.
Not as a tagline — as a design decision. The locations we list, the phone numbers we accept, the way people pay for membership (bank, MoMo, cash at the office), the languages we plan to support. Everything starts from where our users actually are.
